General Terms and Conditions

OMARIA is operated by SARAOMARIA ehf. By purchasing from the OMARIA online store, the customer accepts these terms and conditions.

Prices and Payments

All prices in the online store are stated in Icelandic krónur and include VAT where applicable. OMARIA reserves the right to change prices without notice. A price change does not affect an order that has already been confirmed.

An order is considered confirmed once payment has been completed and the customer has received an order confirmation.

Products

Every effort is made to ensure that product information, photographs, and descriptions are as accurate as possible. Because diamonds and other natural gemstones are unique, slight variations may occur between stones.

Custom Orders and Bespoke Items

Items that are custom-made, specially ordered, or adapted to a customer’s specifications may have longer delivery times. The right to withdraw from purchases of such items is governed by OMARIA’s Returns and Refund Policy and applicable law.

Returns and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by OMARIA’s Returns and Refund Policy.

Defects and Complaints

If an item is defective or incorrect, the customer should contact OMARIA as soon as possible at sara@omaria.is. Consumers’ statutory rights relating to defective goods remain unaffected.

Liability and Governing Law

Transactions with OMARIA are governed by Icelandic law. These terms do not limit rights guaranteed to consumers under mandatory provisions of Icelandic law.
